Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Earning Per Shares (EPS), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap return saham pada perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik studi dokumentasi dengan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 106 perusahaan dengan 62 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian digunakan data sekunder dengan mengambil laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Variabel Earning Per Shares (EPS) juga tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham. Variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Secara simultan variabel CSR, EPS dan DER memiliki pengaruh terhadap return saham perusahaan sektor keuangan. Hasil pengujian dari koefisien determinasi sebesar 10,3%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya di luar penelitian. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Earning Per Shares (EPS), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap return saham pada perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdatar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019. This study aims to determine the influence disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Earning Per Shares (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The data collection technique used in this research is to use documentation study techniques with quantitative methods. The population of this research is 106 companies with 62 companies that are used as research samples using purposive sampling technique. To obtain research data, secondary data is used by taking annual reports and financial statements of financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The results showed that partially the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) variable did not affect on stock returns. The Earning Per Shares (EPS) variable also has did not affect on stock returns. The variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously the variables of CSR, EPS and DER affect on stock returns of financial sector companies. The result of testing the coefficient of determination is 10.3%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. The conclusion of this study that there is an influence between the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Earning Per Shares (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019.
