Abstract

ABSTRAK Muhammad Rafi Fajri. Analisis Potensi Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Pada Kawasan Perumahan di Kecamatan Jatisampurna Kota Bekasi. Skripsi, Jakarta: Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Juli 2021 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian luas ruang terbuka hijau pada kawasan perumahan di kota Bekasi berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden No. 60 Tahun 2020 untuk mengetahui potensi kawasan perumahan yang terletak di Kota Bekasi terhadap ketersediaan RTH sebesar 30% dan persepsi masyarakat perumahan mengenai RTH. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode ini digunakan untuk menjelaskan dan menghitung besaran luas RTH diperumahan diperkuat dengan adanya hasil survey eksisting berupa data foto udara, peta, dan pengukuran pada objek. Serta melakukan penyebaran kuesioner guna mengetahui persepsi dari masyarakat perumahan menganai RTH. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan Perpres No. 60 Tahun 2020 menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak kekurangan dalam penyediaan RTH pada kawasan perumahan, sehingga di khawatirkan dapat membatasi aktifitas masyarkat dalam berkumpul dan bersosial. Ketidaksesuaian ini diantaranya adalah masih adanya lahan kosong dalam hal ini RTH pasif yang belum dijadikan RTH aktif, serta didukung dengan persepsi masyarakat mengenai RTH demi mengetahui pemahaman dan peran serta yang dilakukan masyarakat dalam menunjang ketersediaan RTH. Perumahan memiliki luas RTH sebesar 2,63 ha, dengan luas Perumahan sebesar 18ha. Perumahan memiliki potensi terbukanya RTH baru sebesar 2,2 ha yang tersebar di 14 titik lokasi. Kebutuhan RTH pada perumahan berdasarkan jumlah penduduk dan luas wilayah sebesar 5,4 ha dan 5,5 ha. Kata kunci : Ruang Terbuka Hijau, Pengembangan Kawasan, Perumahan ABSTRACT Muhammad Rafi Fajri. Skripsi, Jakarta: Jurusan Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Juli 2021 This study aims to determine the suitability of green open space in residential areas in the city of Bekasi based on Presidential Regulation no. 60 of 2020 to determine the potential of residential areas located in Bekasi City on the availability of green open space by 30% and the perception of the housing community regarding green open space. This research method uses descriptive quantitative method. This method is used to explain and calculate the area of green open space in housing, reinforced by the existing survey results in the form of aerial photo data, maps, and measurements of objects. As well as distributing questionnaires to determine the perception of the housing community regarding green open space. The results of research conducted based on Presidential Decree no. 60 of 2020 shows that there are still many shortcomings in the provision of green open space in residential areas, so it is feared that it can limit community activities in gathering and socializing. These discrepancies include the existence of vacant land, in this case passive green open space which has not been used as active green open space, and supported by public perception of green open space in order to know the understanding and participation of the community in supporting the availability of green open space. Housing has an area of 2.63 ha of green open space, with an area of 18 ha of housing. Housing has the potential to open a new green open space of 2.2 ha spread over 14 location points. The need for green open space in housing based on population and area is 5.4 ha and 5.5 ha, respectively. Keywords: Green Open Space, Area Development, Residential
