Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat penilaian autentik dalam aspek keterampilan yaitu penilaian kinerja atau performance assessment dalam bentuk job sheet yang disesuaikan dengan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional (SKKNI) pada mata kuliah Teori dan Praktik Plambing di Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode riset dan pengembangan atau yang dikenal Research and Development (R&D). Model penelitian R&D yang digunakan dalam pengembangan ini menggunakan model Four-D (4D) Pengembangan dilakukan melalui 4 tahap yang terdiri dari, (1) Define; (2) Design; (3) Develop; (4) Disseminate. Penelitian ini menggunakan daftar cocok sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data kelayakan produk melalui validasi yang dilakukan ahli, baik dari ahli materi dan ahli evaluasi. Analisis data validasi ahli tersebut menggunakan rumus nilai rerata, serta menggunakan validasi isi Aiken’s V untuk mengetahui seberapa layak instrumen tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh ahli materi, pengembangan job sheet tersebut mendapat persentase kelayakan sebesar 86.42% dalam kriteria sangat layak, dan hasil validasi oleh ahli evaluasi mendapat persentase kelayakan sebesar 91.67% dalam kriteria sangat layak. Sehingga job sheet tersebut sudah dapat digunakan sebagai alat penilaian kinerja praktik pada mata kuliah Praktik Plambing. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to develop production tools, performance appraisals or performance assessment in the form of worksheets that are adjusted to the National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) in the Plumbing Practice course in the S1 Education of Building Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. The method used in this research is the research and development method or what is known as Research and Development (R&D). The R&D research model used in this development uses the Four-D (4D) model. Development is carried out through 4 stages consisting of, (1) Define; (2) Design; (3) Develop; (4) Disseminate. This study uses a match list as an instrument for collecting product feasibility data through validation by experts, both from material experts and evaluation experts. The expert validation data analysis uses the mean value formula, and uses Aiken's V content validation to find out how feasible the instrument is. Based on the results of validation by material experts, the development of the job sheet received a feasibility percentage of 86,42% in the very feasible criteria, and the validation results by the evaluation expert got a feasibility percentage of 91,67% in the very feasible criteria. So that the job sheet can be used as a practical performance assessment tool in the Plumbing Practice course.
