Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kerusakan yang terjadi pada bangunan sekolah yang berstatus cagar budaya di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dua puluh empat bangunan sekolah yang berstatus cagar budaya di DKI Jakarta. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan acuan modul tentang analisis tingkat kerusakan bangunan dari Direktorat Jenderal Pauddikdasmen Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Tahun 2021. Deskripsi data penelitian ini yang ditinjau dari aspek kerusakan pada bagian arsitektur bangunan sekolah cagar budaya yang dibagi menjadi bangunan bagian atas, tengah dan bawah. Penilaian dilihat dari hasil observasi dan pengukuran kerusakan di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat kerusakan bangunan sekolah cagar budaya pada SDN Manggarai 01 sebesar 2.7% dengan klasifikasi rusak ringan, SDN Gondangdia 01 sebesar 0.2% dengan klasifikasi rusak ringan, dan SDN Palmerah 07 sebesar 5.1% dengan klasifikasi rusak ringan. Jenis kerusakan yang terjadi diantaranya genteng terlepas, bercak dan lubang pada plafon, plesteran dan cat dinding mengelupas, dinding retak rambut, jendela lepas, kusen keropos dengan warna sudah luntur serta penutup lantai terdapat goresan, pecah dan retak. Upaya pemeliharaan kadang terkendala karena sulitnya perizinan dengan dinas terkait, keterbatasan dana yang dialokasikan, sulit mendapatkan bahan yang sejenis, realisasi yang kurang jelas dan tata cara pemeliharaan yang kurang tepat. *ABSTRACT* This research aims to determine the level of damage that occurs to cultural heritage school buildings in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. This research is a kind of quantitative descriptive with data collection using the observation method. Data collection techniques using observation sheets and documentation. The population in this research were twenty four cultural heritage schools in Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Data analysis in this study use descriptive statistics. The data gained is analyzed using the module reference on the structural damage level analysis of the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education, Ministry of Education and Culture in 2021. The research data description which is viewed from the aspect of damage in the architectural section cultural heritage school buildings that are divided into upper, middle and lower parts of building. The assessment judging by the results of observation and measurement of damage in the field. The results of this study indicate that the level of damage to the cultural heritage school building at the Manggarai 01 State Elementary School is 2.7% with a light damage classification, Gondangdia 01 State Elementary School is 0.2% with a light damage classification, and Palmerah 07 State Elementary School is 5.1% with a light damage classification. The kind of damage occurred include tile detached, spots and holes in the ceiling, plexings and paint on the walls peel off, walls cracked hair, window fall off, the frame is porous with the color has faded and the floor covering has scratches, breaks and cracks. Maintenance efforts are sometimes hampered because of the difficulty of clearance with the service involved, the limited allocation of funds, the difficulty of obtaining materials of the same kind, the less clear realization and the less appropriate maintenance ordinances.
