Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang penerapan Quantum Learning dalam pelatihan olah tubuh yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelatihan olah tubuh peserta pelatihan dan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan menari tema fauna dan gerakan sehari-hari peserta pelatihan dengan penerapan Quantum Learning tingkat SD di Sanggar Sigma Dance Theatre Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya kondisi keterampilan menari peserta pelatihan dalam pelatihan olah tubuh yang kurang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian tindakan dengan model Kemmis & McTaggart yang memiliki langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengamatan yang dilakukan bersamaan, serta refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus yang berlangsung dari bulan Maret sampai Juli 2021 di Sanggar Sigma Dance Theatre Indonesia, Jatimakmur, Pondok Gede melalui pelatihan tatap muka. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan tingkat SD, dengan jumlah 9 peserta pelatihan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi kegiatan pelatihan, pengamatan kegiatan peserta pelatihan, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta tes unjuk kerja tentang keterampilan menari. Analisis data dilakukan secara statistic deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Quantum Learning dengan langkah TANDUR yang terdiri dari tumbuhkan, alami, namai, demonstrasikan, ulangi, dan rayakan dalam pelatihan olah tubuh dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menari peserta pelatihan tingkat SD. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata hasil keterampilan menari peserta pelatihan, nilai siklus 1 meningkat 25,83% dari nilai pretes, dan nilai siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan 14,72% dari hasil nilai siklus 1. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan info kepada mahasiswa atau guru, yang ingin melakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan menggunakan temuan penelitian ini. This research is about the application of Quantum Learning in exercise training, which aims to describe the process of exercising trainees, and improving the dancing skills theme fauna and daily movement of the trainees by applying Quantum Learning in elementary level at the Sanggar Sigma Dance Theatre Indonesia. This research was conducted because of the condition of the trainees’ dancing skills in exercise training that were unfavorable. This research uses Kemmis and Mctaggart's research methodology, which consists of planning, implementation and observation be carried out simultaneously, as well as reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles that took place from March to July 2021 at the Sigma Dance Theater Indonesia Studio, Jatimakmur, Pondok Gede via face-to-face training. The sample of this study was elementary school level training participants, with a total of 9 trainees. The data was acquired by observing the training activities, the participants' activity, interviews, documentation, and performance tests on the dancing skills. The Data Analysis was done with descriptive statistics. The results showed that the application of Quantum Learning with a TANDUR steps consisting of growded, experience, naming, demonstrate, repeat, and celebrate in exercise training improved the dancing skills of the elementary level trainees. This conclusion is based on the average score of the trainees, the score of the first cycle increased 25,83% from the score of the pre-cycle, and the score of the second cycle increased by 14,72% from the results of the first cycle. The results of this research are expected to provide information to college students or teachers, who wish to conduct further research using the findings of this research.
