Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta hasil kegiatan kerja sama dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar selama pembelajaran online. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri Pondokcina 5, Kota Depok dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif analitis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan informan yaitu: kepala sekolah, orang tua, guru, dan siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pelaksanaan kegiatan kerja sama masih bersifat normatif, dan sekolah melakukan penyesuaian dengan kondisi pembelajaran online yaitu dilakukan dalam bentuk: home visit, kehadiran orang tua di sekolah, penguatan komunikasi, pembentukan koordinator kelas, dan volunteer 2) Faktor pendukung kerja sama yaitu: hubungan dan komunikasi berjalan baik, pemahaman orang tua tentang tata tertib dan peraturan pembelajaran online, kepala sekolah mampu mengkoordinasikan guru dan orang tua, pihak yang terlibat menjalankan perannya dengan baik. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu: Kegiatan dilaksanakan tanpa pedoman, sarana yang kurang mendukung, serta kesibukan atau aktivitas lain yang dimiliki oleh orang tua 3) Hasil kerja sama menunjukkan bahwa meskipun masih tidak sebaik pembelajaran tatap muka, namun kedisiplinan belajar siswa meningkat apabila dibandingkan dengan awal penerapan pembelajaran online terutama pada siswa di kelas 4,5, dan 6 atau yang biasa disebut kelas tinggi, sedangkan pada kelas rendah yaitu kelas 1,2, dan 3 masih belum maksimal sehingga perlu ditingkatkan dalam beberapa hal. This study aims to describe the implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the results of collaborative activities in improving learning discipline during online learning. The research was conducted at SD Negeri Pondokcina 5, Depok City using a qualitative approach and descriptive analytical method. Data was collected through interview, observation, and documentation studies with informants, namely: principals, parents, teachers, and students. The results of this study indicate that 1) The implementation of collaborative activities is still normative, but schools make adjustments to online learning conditions which are carried out in the form of: home visits, parental attendance at school, strengthening communication, forming class coordinators, and volunteering. 2) The supporting factors for collaboration are: Relationships and communication are going well, parents' understanding of the rules and regulations of online learning, the principal is able to coordinate teachers and parents, the parties involved carry out their roles well. While the inhibiting factors are: Activities carried out without guidelines, facilities are not supportive, and busyness or other activities owned by parents. 3) The results of the collaboration show that although it is still not as good as face-to-face learning, students' learning discipline increases when compared to the beginning of the application of online learning, especially for students in grades 4,5, and 6 or what is commonly called high class, while in the low class, namely classes 1,2, and 3, it is still not optimal so it needs to be improved in several ways.
