Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Persepsi Manfaat, Kemudahan dan Pendapatan Terhadap Minat Menggunakan Layanan Paylater (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat di DKI Jakarta). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 400 orang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji persayaratan analisis, uji asumsi klasik, uji persamaan regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menujukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat dan pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan; persepsi kemudahan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan; dan secara simultan mempengaruhi minat menggunakan. Kebaruan penelitian berupa pengambilan objek penelitian yaitu layanan paylater. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Manfaat, Persepsi Kemudahan, Pendapatan, Minat Menggunakan Layanan Paylater. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and income on interest of using paylater services. The population in this study is the people of DKI Jakarta who know the Shopee Paylater service. The research sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method, with an affordable population calculation obtained 400 samples. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression models. Data is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The results of the study partially show that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on interest of using paylater services; perceived ease of use has no positive and significant effect on interest of using paylater services; and income has a positive and significant effect on interest of using paylater services.
