Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembinaan peserta didik di SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Qur’aniyyah. Sub fokus pada penelitian meliputi aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembinaan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, guru pembina, guru bimbingan konseling, pembina OSIS, 3 peserta didik, dan orang tua murid. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembinaan diawali dengan mengadakan rapat analisis program kegiatan pembinaan yang disesuaikan dengan visi dan misi sekolah, bakat dan minat, sarana prasarana, menyusun program kerja, menyusun anggaran untuk merumuskan standar pencapaian.Selanjutnya, menentukan metode dan teknis untuk pengembangan nilai karakter yang ditanamkan pada peserta didik melalui kegiatan pembiasaan sehari-hari dan kegiatan penunjang; (2) Pelaksanaan pembinaan peserta didik dimulai dengan orientasi peserta didik dengan pengelompokkan yang mementingkan pemerataan kelas. Pembinaan yang dilaksanakan antara lain pembinaan OSIS, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, layanan BK. Pembinaan guru dilakukan secara continue. Metode pembinaan melalui keteladanan, pembinaan disiplin, pembiasaan, pemantauan serta motivasi melalui reward dan punishment; (3) Evaluasi pembinaan dilakukan selama proses pembinaan berlangsung melalui pengamatan guru terhadap perilaku peserta didik, rapat, dan membuat laporan kegiatan. Hambatan dalam pembinaan peserta didik berasal faktor internal dan ekstrenal. Faktor internal dari peserta didik itu sendiri, sarana prasarana, sedangkan faktor ekskternal koordinasi antara sekolah dengan orang tua. his study aims to describe the management of student development at the Al-Qur'aniyyah Integrated Islamic Junior High School. The sub focus on research includes aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation of student development. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Informants in this study included: the principal, vice principal of student affairs, teacher builder, counseling guidance teacher, student council coach, 3 students, and parents of students. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Development planning begins with holding an analysis meeting of the coaching activity program that is tailored to the school's vision and mission, talents and interests, infrastructure, compiling work programs, preparing budgets to formulate achievement standards. Furthermore, determining methods and techniques for developing character values that are instilled in students through daily habituation activities and supporting activities; (2) The implementation of student development begins with student orientation by grouping that emphasizes class equity. The coaching carried out includes OSIS coaching, extracurricular activities, BK services. Teacher coaching is carried out continuously. The coaching method is through example, discipline development, habituation, monitoring and motivation through reward and punishment; (3) Evaluation of coaching is carried out during the coaching process through teacher observations of student behavior, meetings, and making activity reports. Barriers in fostering students come from internal and external factors. Internal factors are from the students themselves, infrastructure, while external factors are coordination between schools and parents
