Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara pemberdayaan dengan komitmen guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kelurahan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu, variabel bebas (X) pemberdayaan dan variabel terikat (Y) komitmen guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kelurahan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan didapat sebanyak 104 guru yang akan dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner untuk variabel X (Pemberdayaan) dan variabel Y (Komitmen Guru). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan perolehan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,627 atau 62,7%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis, didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel pemberdayaan (X) berhubungan signifikan dan positif dengan komitmen guru (Y). This study aims to determine how big the relationship between empowerment and teacher commitment at the State Elementary School in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. This study consists of two variables, namely, the independent variable (X) empowerment and the dependent variable (Y) teacher commitment. This study uses a quantitative approach and survey methods. The population of the study were teachers at the State Elementary School in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling with 104 teachers who will be used as research samples. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires for variable X (Empowerment) and variable Y (Teacher's Commitment). Hypothesis testing was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis model with the acquisition of a coefficient of determination of 0.627 or 62.7%. From the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the empowerment variable (X) was significantly and positively related to teacher commitment (Y).
