Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan mengenai implementasi program KSBB Pendidikan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan dibatasi pada subfokus penelitian, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dari Milles dan Huberman meliputi reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, 1) perencanaan dilakukan dengan membentuk unit pelaksana serta pembagian tugas dan melakukan pendataan kepemilikan gawai peserta didik dan tenaga pendidik, 2) pelaksanaan program KSBB Pendidikan dikomunikasikan secara intensif melalui rapat koordinasi. Sumber daya sudah cukup memadai baik sumber daya manusia, peralatan dan kewenangan, sikap pelaksana menerima dan mendukung program ini guna menunjang pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh dan struktur birokrasi yang ada sudah cukup jelas, 3) pengawasan dilakukan secara daring melalui website yang tersedia sehingga transparan dan memudahkan pelaksana dalam pengawasan. This research aims to describe the implementation of educational large scale social collaboration (KSBB) program in Education Division Of DKI Jakarta. This research uses a method of qualitative research descriptive with limited focus on the research subfocus, which is planning, implementation and supervision. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used from Milles and Huberman model which is data reduction, data display and conclusions. The result of the research showed that: 1) Planning is done by forming a unit of execution and division of duties and collecting data on student and teaching staff ownership of devices, 2) the implementation of the Education KSBB program is communicated intensively through coordination meetings. Resources are sufficient, both human resources, equipment and authority. The attitude of the implementer (dispositions) to accept and support this program in order to support the implementation of distance learning and the existing bureaucratic structure is quite clear, 3) supervision is done smoothly through the available website so transparent and and makes it easier for implementers to supervise.
