Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru PNS SD Negeri Kecamatan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel, yaitu variabel bebas (X) kepemimpinan transformasional dan variabel terikat (Y) disiplin kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah guru PNS SD Negeri Kecamatan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan didapatkan sebanyak 83 guru yang akan dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner untuk variabel X (kepemimpinan transformasional) dan variabel Y (disiplin kerja guru). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan perolehan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,481 atau 48,1% dan hasil uji t thitung (8,569) > ttabel (1,993). Dari hasil uji hipotesis, maka didapatkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan transformasional (X) terhadap variabel disiplin kerja guru (Y). This study aims to determine how much influence transformational leadership have on the work discipline teacher of civil servant teachers at SD Negeri Duren Sawit Districts, East Jakarta. This study consists of two variables, namely, the independent variable (X) transformational leadership and the dependent variable (Y) work discipline teacher. This research uses a quantitative approach and survey methods. The research population was civil servant teachers SD Negeri Duren Sawit Districts, East Jakarta. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, with a total of 83 teachers who will be used as research samples. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires for variable X (transformational leadership) and variable Y (work discipline teacher). Hypothesis testing was carried out using a simple linear regression analysis model with the acquisition coefficient of determination of 0,481 or 48,1% and result of T test thitung (8,569) > ttabel (1,993). From the results of the hypothesis test, the results of this study show that there is an influence of transformational leadership variables (X) on teacher work discipline variables (Y).
