Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-compassion dengan loneliness pada siswa SMA dan SMK di Jakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X, XI, XII SMA dan SMK di Jakarta sebanyak 1025 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data angket/kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion memiliki hubungan negatif dengan loneliness pada nilai r=-0,461 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dengan sumbangan pengaruh self-compassion terhadap loneliness sebesar 21,3% pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion dapat mempengaruhi kesepian dalam diri siswa. Oleh sebab itu, guru perlu untuk memperhatikan self-compassion siswa dengan merancang berbagai layanan yang dapat meningkatkan tingkat self-compassion siswa dengan tujuan untuk menurunkan perasaan kesepian. This study aims to find out the relationship of self-compassion with loneliness in high school and vocational school students in Jakarta. The samples in this study were grade 10, 11, 12 high school and vocational school students in Jakarta as many as 1025 people. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The method used is the correlational method. Data collection is done using questionnaire data collection and analyzed using pearson product moment correlation test. The results showed that self-compassion had a negative relationship with loneliness at r=-0.461 and a significance value of 0.000 with a contribution of self-compassion to loneliness of 21.3% at a confidence level of 95%. The results of this study indicate that self-compassion can affect loneliness in students. Therefore, teachers need to pay attention to students' self-compassion by designing various services that can increase students self-compassion levels with the aim of reducing loneliness.
