Abstract
Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam sebuah organisasi adalah aset yang harus dijaga dan diperhatikan agar kinerja mereka tetap dapat sesuai dengan visi dan misi organisasi. Oleh karena itu,organisasi perlu melakukan upaya pengembangan kemampuan SDM berupa pemberian diklat agar kemampuan mereka tetap relevan dengan zaman. Program Pelatihan dan Pendidikan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh organisasi atau penyelenggara Diklat perlu untuk diketahui keberhasilan dan keefektivitasannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan program diklat Pemeriksaan Kinerja di Badiklat PKN BPK RI yang ditinjau dari persepsi peserta diklat akan penyelenggaraan diklat dan ditinjau dari aspek pembelajarannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode evaluatif. Dalam mengetahui hasil evaluasinya, peneltian ini menggunkan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick level 1 dan level 2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pelaksanaan kurikulum yang diimplementasikan dalam diklat Pemeriksaan Kinerja sudah sesuai dan efektif bagi peserta diklat. (2) Kualitas widyaiswara dalam memfasilitasi pemberian materi diklat sangat baik. Metode widyaiswara efektif dalam membangun suasana kelas yang aktif dan menyenangkan. (3) Dari sisi ketepatan waktu penjadwalan diklat pun sudah sesuai karena di tempat kerja peserta sedang tidak ada kegiatan pemeriksaan. Meskipun demikian masih ada diklat peserta yang harus menyambi melakukan pekerjaan rutinitas, sehingga ada peserta yang harus memenuhi panggilan atasan dan mengerjakan tugas lainnya. (4) Untuk sarana dan prasarana termasuk panitia diklat pun dapat membuat peserta puas dengan penyelenggaraan diklat ini. (5) Kemudian hasil evaluasi pembelajaran peseta diklat dalam bentuk pre test dan post test didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan peserta secara rata-rata meningkat meskipun belum terlalu signifikan. Kemudian terdapat seorang peserta yang hasil post test nya menurun dibandingkan pre testnya. Terdapat pula peserta yang mendapat nilai pre test tertinggi, tetapi tidak mengalami peningkatan pada nilai post testnya. Human Resources (HR) in an organization is an asset that must be maintained and considered so that its performance remains in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization. Therefore, organizations need to make efforts to develop HR capabilities in the form of Education and Training so that their abilities remain relevant to the times. The training program that has been implemented by the organization or training organizer needs to know its success and effectiveness. This research aims to determine evaluation results of the Performance Audit training program implementation at the PKN BPK RI regarding to perception of the training program and the learning aspect. This study uses an qualitative approach with evaluative methods. In order to acknoweldge the evaluation results, this research uses the Kirkpatrick level 1 and level 2 evaluation models The results of this study indicate that: (1) the implementation of the curriculum implemented in the Performance Audit Training is appropriate and effective for the training participants. (2) The quality of the widyaiswara on facilitating the delivering of training materials is very good. The widyaiswara method is effective in building an active and fun classroom atmosphere. (3) In terms of timeliness, the training schedule is already corresponding because there are no inspection activities at the participants' workplaces. However, there are still training participants who have to do routine work, so there are participants who must fulfill the call of their chairman and did other tasks. (4) In terms of facilities and infrastructure, including the training program committees, participants can be pleased with the execution of this training. (5) The last, fot the learning evaluation results of the training participants in the form of pre-test and post test, it was found that the participants' knowledge increased on average, although not significantly. Afterward, there was a participant whose post-test results decreased compared to the pre-test. There were also participants who got the highest pre-test scores, but did not experience an increase in his post-test scores.
