Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Supervisi Akademik Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru SMAN 78 Jakarta. Sub fokus dari penelitian ini adalah Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, dan Evaluasi Supervisi Akademik di SMAN 78 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bidang Sarprashum dan guru SMAN 78 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan Supervisi Akademik di SMAN 78 Jakarta dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, 2) Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik di SMAN 78 Jakarta dilakukan dengan mensosialisasikan terlebih dahulu sebelum pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, setelah itu dilakukan pra observasi dengan dilakukan wawancara, observasi dilakukan dengan mengamati secara langsung dalam room zoom, post observasi dilakukan wawancara dan diskusi, 3) Evaluasi Supervisi Akademik di SMAN 78 Jakarta dilakukan dengan pemberian masukkan, bimbingan dan pembinaan. Dari proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi supervisi akademik dapat dikatakan bahwa kegiatan supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru SMAN 78 Jakarta. This study aims to determine Academic Supervision in Improving Teacher Performance at SMAN 78 Jakarta. The sub focus of this research is the Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation of Academic Supervision at SMAN 78 Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The collection of informants in this study were the principal, vice principal for curriculum, deputy principal for Sarprashum and teachers at SMAN 78 Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Planning for Academic Supervision at SMAN 78 Jakarta is used as a guide in the implementation of academic supervision, 2) Implementation of Academic Supervision at SMAN 78 Jakarta is carried out by socializing it first before implementing academic supervision, after that pre-observation was conducted by conducting interviews, observation was carried out by observing directly in room zoom, post-observation was conducted by interview and discussion, 3) Evaluation of Academic Supervision at SMAN 78 Jakarta was carried out by providing input, guidance and coaching. From the process of planning, implementing and evaluating academic supervision, it can be said that academic supervision activities can improving teachers performance of SMAN 78 Jakarta.
