Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan evaluasi kajian Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMPN 99 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak bulan Februari 2021 hingga Juni 2021 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi. Tahap analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, tampilan data dan verifikasi data. Pemeriksaan dan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui tahapan kredibilitas data, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konformabilitas. Indikator keberhasilan MBS (dalam depdiknas, 2007:59) yang meliputi: Adanya pemerataan pendidikan berupa kesamaan kesempatan antara siswa – siswa, Kualitas pendidikan yang baik (input, proses, output), Efektivitas dan efisiensi pendidikan (angka kenaikan kelas, angka kelulusan, angka putus sekolah), tata pengelolaan sekolah yang baik ( melalui partisipasi, transparansi, tanggung jawab, akuntabilitas, efektivitas dan efisiensi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil evaluasi terhadap komponen konteks, yang terdiri dari Kurikulum, Visi Misi, monitoring dan evaluasi perencanaan sekolah telah diterapkan sesuai dengan aturan dan konsep yang ada, untuk komponen Input, Program Sekolah dan sarana prasarana sudah sesuai dan lengkap, namun terdapat kekurangan tenaga pendidik dan terbatasnya keuangan untuk pelaksanaan program sekolah. Hasil evaluasi terhadap komponen Process, pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan program MBS, sampai pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi MBS sudah berjalan sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan pelaksanaannya, namun ekstrakurikuler di sekolah belum dapat berjalan dengan baik dikarenakan terdapat pembatasan kegiatan di sekolah selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Secara keseluruhan, pelaksanaan MBS di SMPN 99 Jakarta berjalan sesuai dengan konsep, tahapan, dan tujuan MBS sehingga menghasilkan komponen Produk, yang terdiri dari Prestasi sekolah dan prestasi siswa, dimana SMP Negeri 99 Jakarta menempati peringkat 1 nilai ujian terbaik di kecamatan pulogadung, terdapat beberapa prestasi seperti Juara I OSN tingkat kabupaten, Juara 1 FL2SN Solo vokal dan gitar, Juara Silat Tingkat DKI Jakarta dan Juara silat tingkat internasional. Tingkat kelulusan mencapai 100% dan para lulusan dapat melanjutkan pendidikan sesuai dengan tujuan nya masing-masing. This study aims to describe the evaluation of the implementation of school-based management at SMPN 99 Jakarta. This research was conducted from February 2021 to June 2021 using a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The data collection technique of this research used interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data analysis stage is carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. Checking and checking the validity of the data is carried out through the stages of data credibility, transferability, dependability and conformability. SBM success indicators (in the Ministry of National Education, 2007: 59) which include: The existence of equal distribution of education in the form of equal opportunities between students, good quality of education (input, process, output), effectiveness and efficiency of education (grade increase rate, graduation rate, rate of dropouts), good school governance (through participation, transparency, responsibility, accountability, effectiveness and efficiency). The results show that the evaluation results of the context component, which consists of the curriculum, vision and mission, monitoring and evaluation of school planning have been implemented in accordance with existing rules and concepts, for the Input component, School Programs and infrastructure are appropriate and complete, but there are shortcomings. teaching staff and limited finances for the implementation of school programs. The results of the evaluation of the Process component, decision making, implementation of the SBM program, to the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of SBM have been running according to the stages of implementation, but extracurricular activities in schools have not been able to run properly due to restrictions on activities in schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall, the implementation of SBM at SMPN 99 Jakarta runs according to the concept, stages, and objectives of SBM so as to produce a Product component, which consists of school achievement and student achievement, where SMP Negeri 99 Jakarta is ranked 1st in the best test scores in the Pulogadung sub-district, there are several achievements such as 1st place in OSN district level, 1st place in FL2SN Solo vocals and guitar, Jakarta-level Silat Champion and international silat champion. The graduation rate reaches 100% and graduates can continue their education according to their respective goals.
