Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan keterampilan penelitian dan kompetensi TIK yang relevan untuk mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris (ELESP) dan untuk mengungkapkan keterampilan penelitian dan kompetensi TIK yang dimasukkan ke dalam instrumen penilaian mata pelajaran metodologi penelitian yang ditawarkan untuk mahasiswa sarjana di ELESP. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain penelitian analisis isi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan beberapa keterampilan penelitian yang relevan untuk mahasiswa sarjana di ELESP. Keterampilan umum adalah keterampilan kapasitas penelitian masalah, keterampilan pemecahan masalah, keterampilan metodologi penelitian, keterampilan berkomunikasi, dan keterampilan analitis. Selain keterampilan penelitian, kompetensi TIK juga menunjukkan indikator yang relevan untuk ELESP. Indikatornya adalah dapat mengkoordinasikan pekerjaan proyek dengan media digital, misalnya menggunakan kamera, internet, dan jejaring sosial. Untuk mengungkap keterampilan penelitian dan kompetensi TIK yang dimasukkan dalam instrumen penilaian yang ada, menggunakan analisis tabel. Indikator keterampilan penelitian dan kompetensi TIK terdapat pada instrumen penilaian yang ada di universitas A, B, C dan universitas F. *********** This study aimed to identify and describe research skills and ICT competences relevant for undergraduate students on English Language Education Study Program (ELESP) and to reveal the research skills and ICT competences inserted in the existing assessment instruments of research methodology subject offered for undergraduate students on ELESP. This study employed descriptive qualitative with content analysis as research design. The data collection method applied was documentation study. The finding research shows several skills of research are relevant for undergraduate students on ELESP. The common skills are problem research capacity skills, problem solving skills, research methodology skills, communicating skills, and analytical skills. Besides research skills, ICT competence also shows indicators are relevant for ELESP. The indicator is can coordinate project work with digital media using, for example, a camera, the internet, and social networks. To reveal the research skills and ICT competences inserted in the existing assessment instrument, table analysis was used. The research skills indicator and ICT competences were found in existing assessment instrument on university A, B, C and university F.
