Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Moodle di SMAN 77 Jakarta. Sub fokus dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Moodle di SMAN 77 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Pengumpulan Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi : Koordinator Tim SAS / Pengembang, Staf Bidang Kurikulum dan Anggota Tim SAS, Kepala Sekolah, Guru, dan Peserta Didik. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Moodle diawali dengan pemetaan kebutuhan oleh kepala sekolah dan persiapan Tim SAS mengenai LMS Moodle, (2) Implementasi Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Moodle dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien dikarenakan LMS Moodle telah diimplementasikan sejak lama sehingga guru dan peserta didik sudah familiar dengan LMS Moodle, (3) Evaluasi Learning Management System (LMS) berbasis Moodle dilakukan secara berkala dan bertahap melibatkan peserta didik, guru, Tim SAS, dan kepala sekolah. This research aims to describe the management of the Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) at SMAN 77 Jakarta. The sub focus of this research is the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) at SMAN 77 Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The collection of informants in this study included: SAS Team Coordinator / Developer, Curriculum Field Staff and SAS Team Members, Principals, Teachers, and Students. This study shows that: (1) Planning for a Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) begins with a mapping of needs by the principal and preparation of the SAS Team regarding Moodle LMS, (2) Implementation of a Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) is carried out effectively and efficiently because The Moodle LMS has been implemented for a long time so that teachers and students are familiar with the Moodle LMS, (3) Evaluation of the Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS) is carried out periodically and gradually involving students, teachers, SAS Team, and school principals.
