Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh anatara Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Self Efficacy, Locus of Control, terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN 3 Jakarta. Penelitian ini membutuhkan waktu selama 5 bulan terhitung dari September 2020 sampai dengan Desember 2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Teknik peilihan responden menggunakan propotional stratified random sampling yang mengacu pada tabel Isaac dan Michael (1984) sehingga diperoleh populasi terjangkau sebanyak 420 siswa dengan sampel berjumlah 191 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala likert. Variabel Intensi Berwirausaha (Y). Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (X1), Self Efficacy (X2), Locus of Control (X3) merupakan data primer yang di dapat dari penyebaran kuesioner penelitian. Digunakan lima teknik analisis data, pertama uji persyaratan analisis yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta pada mata pelajaran pendidikan kewirausahaan. Hasil uji t untuk Pendidikan Kewirausahaan adalah t hitung>t tabel = 6,452 > 1,97273, Self Efficacy t hitung>t tabel = 9,761 >1,97273, dan Locus of Control adalah t hitung>t tabel = 2,059 >1,97273. Artinya, terdapat pengaruh positif Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Niat berwirausaha, terdapat pengaruh positif Self Efficacy terhadap Niat Berwirausaha, dan terdapat pengaruh positif Locus of Control terhadap Niat Berwirausaha. kelima, analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan hasil sebesar 0,579 yang bermakna 57,9% variabilitas variabel Niat Berwirausaha dapat dijelaskan oleh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Self Efficacy, Locus of Control. Sedangkan sisanya 42,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci : Niat Berwirausaha, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Self Efficacy, Locus of Control. This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education, Self Efficacy, Locus of Control, on Entrepreneurial Intentions in SMKN 3 Jakarta students. This research takes 5 months from September 2020 to December 2020. The method used is the survey method. The respondent selection technique used proportional stratified random sampling referring to the table of Isaac and Michael (1984) so that an affordable population of 420 students was obtained with a sample of 191 students. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire. Entrepreneurial Intention Variable (Y). Entrepreneurship Education (X1), Self Efficacy (X2), Locus of Control (X3) are primary data obtained from the distribution of research questionnaires. Five data analysis techniques were used, the first was the requirements analysis test which consisted of a normality test and a linearity test. The results showed that Entrepreneurship Education had an effect on the Entrepreneurial Intentions of students at SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta on entrepreneurship education subjects. The results of the t test for Entrepreneurship Education are t count > t table = 6.452 > 1.97273, Self Efficacy t count > t table = 9.761 > 1.97273, and Locus of Control is t count > t table = 2.059 > 1.97273. That is, there is a positive influence of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intentions, there is a positive influence of Self Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Intentions, and there is a positive influence of Locus of Control on Entrepreneurial Intentions. fifth, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) with a result of 0.579 which means 57.9% of the variability of the Entrepreneurial Intention variable can be explained by Entrepreneurship Education, Self Efficacy, Locus of Control.
