Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan, produktivitas kerja guru adalah hal yang penting. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan produktivitas guru adalah dengan pemberian kompensasi, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan kepada para guru yaitu berupa kompensasi yang sesuia dengan upah dan tunjangan kuesioner, tempat penelitian diadakan di SD Wilayah Binaan 2 Kecamatan Pulogadung. Hasil kesimpulan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan antara kompensasi dengan produktivitas kerja guru di SDN Wilayah Binaan II Kecamatan Pulogadung.Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. Artinya dengan adanya pemberian balas jasa yang diberikan maka para guru akan lebih produktif dan semakin mengacu para guru lebih giat dalam bekerja sehingga produktivitas kerja para guru dapat meningkat. Dengan rincian sebagai berikut, diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (8,861 > 1, 165882).Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan nilai ρ value < Sig.0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja Guru di SDN Wilayah Binaan II Kecamatan Pulogadung. In scope of education, teacher’s productivity is very important. One of the variable can increase productivity is compensation, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation on teacher’s productivity, the research method is quantitative with a questionnaire, where the research is hold in SD Binaan II, Pulogadung District. The conclusion this research is compensation and teacher’s productivity has positive significant. Based on the result of the research hypothesis test, it was found that there was an effect of compensation on work productivity. This means that with the provision of remuneration given to teachers in the form of compensation in accordance with wages and allowances, teachers will be more productive and increasingly refer teachers to be more active in work so that the work productivity of teachers can increase. With following details, it is obtained that the value of t arithmetic > t table or (8.861 > 1.165882) This is also strengthened by the value of value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this shows that there is a partially significant effect between compensation on teacher work productivity at SDN Region II Pulogadung District.
