Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen peserta didik inklusi di SMP Negeri 275 Jakarta Timur. Sub fokus penelitian ini adalah perencanaan peserta didik inklusi, pembinaan peserta didik inklusi, dan pengawasan peserta didik inklusi di SMP Negeri 275 Jakarta Timur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan, Guru Bimbingan Konseling, dan Guru Mata Pelajaran yang merangkap Wali Kelas. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Perencanaan peserta didik inklusi dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, dalam hal ini sekolah tidak berperan dalam menentukan analisis kebutuhan, dikarenakan sudah adanya intruksi dari Dinas, penerimaan peserta didik dan seleksi peserta didik dilakukan melalui sistem, masa orientasi, dan pengelompokkan peserta didik; (2) Pembinaan peserta didik inklusi meliputi pembinaan akademik, yaitu perbaikan (remedial) dan pengayaan, pembinaan non akademik, yang biasa dikenal dengan esktrakurikuler dan pembinaan karakter, serta layanan bimbingan bagi peserta didik inklusi; (3) Pengawasan peserta didik inklusi didalamnya terdapat pencatatan dan pelaporan peserta didik inklusi dari awal mula diterima sampai masa studi berakhir, serta kelulusan dan alumni. This research aims to describe the management of inclusive students at SMP Negeri 275 East Jakarta. The sub focus of this research is planning for inclusive students, coaching of inclusive students, and supervision of inclusive students at SMP Negeri 275 East Jakarta. The research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research informants consisted of the Principal, Deputy Principal for Student Affairs, Counseling Guidance Teachers, and Subject Teachers who also served as homeroom teachers. Research shows that: (1) Planning for inclusive students starts from needs analysis, in this case the school does not play a role in determining the needs analysis, because there are instructions from the Office, acceptance of students and student selection is carried out through the system, orientation period, and grouping of students; (2) Coaching for inclusive students includes academic coaching, namely remedial and enrichment, non-academic coaching, commonly known as extracurricular and character building, as well as guidance services for inclusive students; (3) Supervision of inclusive students includes registration and reporting of inclusive students from the time they are received until the end of the study period, as well as graduation and alumni.
