Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh manajemen pembelajaran online (e-learning) terhadap disiplin peserta didik di SMA Negeri 90 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh manajemen pembelajaran online (e-learning) terhadap disiplin peserta didik di SMA Negeri 90 Jakarta. Variabel yang diteliti adalah manajemen pembelajaran sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan disiplin peserta didik sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Pengumpulan data untuk variabel manajemen pembelajaran dan disiplin peserta didik menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis linier sederhana, yang dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji signifikansi regresi, dan uji linieritas. Dari hasil perhitungan analisis linier sederhana didapatkan nilai dari variabel manajemen pembelajaran online (e-learning) terhadap disiplin peserta didik adalah sebesar 0,711. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara dua variabel. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi manajemen pembelajaran, maka semakin tinggi pula disiplin peserta didik. This study discusses the influence of online learning management towards the discipline of students at SMAN 90 Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to students. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of online learning management towards the discipline of students at SMAN 90 Jakarta. The variables studied were learning management as the independent variable (variable X) and student discipline as the dependent variable (variable Y). Collecting data for learning management variables and student discipline using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple linear analysis, which first requires a test of requirements which includes normality test, regression significance test, and linearity test. From the results of a simple linear analysis calculation, the value of the online learning management variable (e-learning) on student discipline is 0.711. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the two variables. Based on these conclusions, it can be said that the higher the learning management, the higher the student discipline.
