Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian hardiness terhadap stres kerja mahasiswa anggota organisasi kampus di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif di mana hasil penelitian diuji menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 532 responden, terdiri dari mahasiswa anggota organisasi kampus yang menjalani kegiatan organisasi secara daring di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel stres kerja dalam penelitian ini adalah Job Stress Scale (JSS) yang disusun oleh Parker & DeCotiis (1983), sedangkan variabel kepribadian hardiness diukur menggunakan Dispositional Resilience Scale-15 (DRS-15) yang disusun oleh Bartone (1995). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara kepribadian hardiness terhadap stres kerja mahasiswa anggota organisasi kampus di masa pandemi Covid-19. Dalam penelitian ini variabel kepribadian hardiness diketahui memberikan pengaruh sebesar 7.1% terhadap stres kerja. This study aims to determine the effect of hardiness personality on the job stress of student members of campus organizations during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative method, which the research results are tested using simple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. The sample in this study amounted to 532 respondents, consisting of student members of campus organizations who underwent online organizational activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The measuring instrument used to measure the job stress variable in this study is the Job Stress Scale (JSS) designed by Parker & DeCotiis (1983), while the hardiness personality variable is measured using the Dispositional Resilience Scale-15 (DRS-15) designed by Bartone ( 1995). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant negative influence between hardiness personality and job stress for students who are members of campus organizations during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the hardiness personality variable is known to have an influence of 7.1% on job stress.
