Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kinerja pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Negeri Wilayah Kecamatan Tebet Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu kompetensi profesional guru sebagai variabel X dan kinerja pembelajaran sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan guru PNS di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Tebet Jakarta Selatan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 110 guru yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 22,198 + 0,929X dan perolehan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,692 atau 69,2%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil thitung (15,595) > ttabel (1,982) dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005. Sehingga dinyatakan variabel kompetensi profesional guru memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Negeri Wilayah Kecamatan Tebet Jakarta Selatan. This study aims to determine how much influence the professional competence of teachers has on the performance of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at the State Junior High School in Tebet District South Jakarta. This study consists of two variables, teacher’s professional competence as variable X, and performance of learning as variable Y. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The population in this study were civil servant teachers at the State Junior High School in Tebet District. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling with 110 teachers who will be used as research samples using Slovin formula. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with likert scale. Hypothesis testing was done by simple linear regression equation Ŷ = 22,198 + 0,929X and the coefficient of determination was 0,692 or 69,2%. From the results of hypothesis testing using t test, it was found that tcount (15,595) > ttable (1,982) and the result of a significance value of 0,000 < 0,005. So it is stated that the teacher’s professional competence variable has a significant influence on the performance of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at State Junior High School in Tebet District South Jakarta.
