Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara adult attachment style dengan sikap terhadap pernikahan pada individu dewasa awal. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan instrumen Revised Adult Attachment Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Collins serta Skala Sikap Terhadap Pernikahan yang dikembangkan oleh Sapoetro. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 211 responden dengan kriteria usia 20-30 tahun, belum pernah menikah, dan berdomisili di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, maupun Bekasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan ialah uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara adult attachment style dengan sikap terhadap pernikahan pada dewasa awal. This study aims to examine the correlation between adult attachment style and attitudes toward marriage in early adulthood. The approach used in this studi is a quantitative approach using Revised Adult Attachment Scale wich was developed by Collins and the Attitude Toward Marriage Scale that developed by Sapoetro. The total respondents were 211 respondents with criteria of age 20-30 years, never married, and domiciled in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, or Bekasi. The data analysis method used is the chi-square test. The result shows that there is a correlation between adult attachment style and attitudes toward in emerging adulthood.
