Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 saat ini sedang melanda dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), adanya pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan terdampaknya bidang politik dan ekonomi. Salah satu yang terdampak akibat pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia adalah perkembangan ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap resiliensi pada pelaku ekonomi kreatif yang terdampak Covid-19. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampelnya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 104 responden dengan kriteria sebagai pelaku ekonomi kreatif yang terdampak Covid-19 pada subsektor kuliner, kriya, atau seni pertunjukan. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) oleh Matthias Jerusalem dan Ralf Schwarzer yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam bahasa Indonesia oleh Novrianto et al. dengan reliabilitas 0.833 dan Resilience Inventory (RESI) oleh Gaxiola et al. dengan reliabilitas 0.743. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap resiliensi pada pelaku ekonomi kreatif yang terdampak Covid-19. Efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh sebesar 34,7% terhadap resiliensi, sedangkan 65,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain selain efikasi diri. The Covid-19 pandemic is currently happening in the world, including in Indonesia. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the political and economic fields. One of those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is the development of the creative economy. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on resilience in creative economy workers affected by Covid-19. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using purposive sampling technique as the sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 104 respondents with criteria as creative economic workers affected by Covid-19 in the culinary, craft, or performing arts sub-sectors. The measuring instrument used in this study is the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) by Matthias Jerusalem and Ralf Schwarzer which has been adapted into Indonesian by Novrianto et al. with a reliability of 0.833 and a Resilience Inventory (RESI) by Gaxiola et al. with a reliability of 0.743. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of self-efficacy on resilience in creative economic workers affected by Covid-19. Self-efficacy has an effect of 34.7% on resilience, while 65.3% is influenced by other factors outside of self-efficacy.
