Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini tentang penerapan metode pembelajaran STAD (Student Team Achievment Division) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan apresiasi siswa pada karya tari Betawi. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena kurangnya literasi siswa dalam mempelajari tentang kesenian di Indonesia. Manfaat dari penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan info pada mahasiswa atau guru, yang ingin melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan hasil hasil temuan di lapangan tentang meningkatkan kemampuan apresiasi karya tari Betawi melalui metode pembelajaran STAD (Student Team Achievment Division). Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kurt Lewin yang memiliki langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus yang berlangsung dari bulan Maret sampai Juli 2021 di SMAN 93 Jakarta Timur, Kampung Tengah, Kramat Jati melalui pembelajaran daring. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 SMAN 93 Jakarta, dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Data diperoleh melalui observasi kegiatan pembelajaran, pengamatan kegiatan pembelajaran, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta tes tulis tentang mengapresiasi karya tari Betawi. Analisis data dilakukan secara statistic deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran STAD (Student Team Achievment Division) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan apresiasi karya tari Betawi siswa kelas XI SMAN 93 Jakarta, berdasarakan hasil nilai rata- rata keterampilan menari peserta pelatihan pada pre-test 50, yang meningkat di siklus 1 dengan hasil nilai rata-rata keterampilan menari peserta pelatihan 61,5 dan pada siklus 2 meningkat dengan hasil nilai rata-rata keterampilan menari peserta pelatihan menjadi 75. Kata Kunci : STAD (Student Team Achievment Division), Kemampuan Apresiasi, Karya Tari Betawi. ********** ABSTRACT This research is about the application of STAD (Student Team Achievment Division) learning method that aims to improve students' appreciation skills in Betawi dance works. This research was conducted because of the lack of literacy of students in learning about the arts in Indonesia. The benefits of this research, is expected to provide info to students or teachers, who want to conduct research using the findings in the field about improving the appreciation ability of Betawi dance works through the learning method of STAD (Student Team Achievment Division). This study uses a class action research methodology with Kurt Lewin's model that has planning, implementation, observation and reflection steps. This research was conducted with two cycles that lasted from March to July 2021 at SMAN 93 East Jakarta, Kampung Tengah, Kramat Jati through online learning. The sample of this study is students of grade XI IPS 1 SMAN 93 Jakarta, with a total of 20 students. Data obtained through observation of learning activities, observation of learning activities, interviews, documentation, and writing tests on appreciating Betawi dance works. Data analysis is done in a descriptive statictic manner. The results showed that the learning method of STAD (Student Team Achievment Division) can improve the appreciation ability of Betawi dance works of grade XI SMAN 93 Jakarta students, based on the results of the average score of dancing skills of the trainees in pre-test 50, which increased in cycle 1 with the results of the average score of dancing skills of the trainees 61.5 and in cycle 2 increased with the results of the average score of dancing skills of the trainees to 75.
