Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat perbedaan keberfungsian keluarga (family functioning) ditinjau dari gaya pengambilan keputusan (decision making style). Variabel keberfungsian keluarga diukur menggunakan instrumen General Functioning dari FAD (GF12) dan variabel gaya pengambilan keputusan diukur menggunakan instrumen General Decision Making Style (GDMS). Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 269 orang yang sudah menikah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling untuk pengambilan sampel. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan untuk mengolah data penelitian yaitu menggunakan One-Way ANOVA. Hasil pengolahan data penelitian menunjukkan nilai p value = 0,027 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan keberfungsian keluarga yang signifikan ditinjau dari gaya pengambilan keputusan. This study aimed to observe differences in family functioning in terms of decision-making style. The variable of family functioning was measured using the General Functioning instrument from FAD (GF12). Meanwhile, the decision-making style variable was measured using the General Decision Making Style (GDMS) instrument. Respondents of this study were 269 married people in total. This study applied a quantitative approach using an accidental sampling technique for sampling. The hypothesis test used to process research data utilized One-Way ANOVA. The results of research data processing presented p value = 0.027. It means that there are significant differences in family functioning in terms of decision-making style.
