Abstract
Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh kemampuan efikasi akademik (X1) dan motivasi belajar (X2) terhadap keterlibatan siswa belajar (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan responden sebanyak 161 responden siswa kelas 5 sekolah dasar pada Gugus 1 RA. Kartini Kecamatan Babakan Kabupaten Cirebon. Dalam pengambilan data digunakan sebuah skala yang berbeda pada masing – masing variabel. Skala Academic Self-Efficacy Subscale from Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Children (SEQ-C) untuk mengukur kemampuan efikasi akademik (X1). Skala Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire part A, Motivation (MSLQ) untuk mengukur kemampuan motivasi belajar. Skala School Engagement Measurement (SEM) untuk mengukur kemampuan keterlibatan belajar siswa (Y). Teknik analisis data dari hasil yang diperoleh ketiga skala tersebut menggunakan analisis regresi ganda, dengan maksud pembuktian apakah hasil penelitian sesuai dengan hipotesis yang telah ditentukan atau tidak. Hasil pengukuran statistik didapati nilai F hitung (38,806) > F tabel sebesar (3,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan dari populasi sebanyak 300 siswa dengan 161 sampel siswa kelas 5 sekolah dasar di Gugus 1 RA. Kartini Kecamatan Babakan Kabupten Cirebon, memberikan hasil bahwa efikasi akademik (X1) dan motivasi belajar (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh 32% terhadap keterlibatan belajar siswa (Y) dengan 68% dari faktor lain. Kata kunci: Keterlibatan Belajar Siswa, Efikasi Akademik, Motivasi Belajar ******** The focus of this research is how the influence of academic efficacy ability (X1) and motivation to learn (X2) on student engagement (Y). The research method used in this study is quantitative, with 161 respondents as 5th grade elementary school students in Cluster 1 RA. Kartini, Babakan District, Cirebon Regency. In data collection used a different scale on each variable. Academic Self-Efficacy Subscale from Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Children (SEQ-C) to measure academic efficacy (X1). The Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire part A, Motivation (MSLQ) scale is used to measure the ability motivation to learn. School Engagement Measurement (SEM) scale to measure the ability of students' engagement (Y). The data analysis technique from the results obtained by the three scales uses multiple regression analysis, with the aim of proving whether the research results are in accordance with the predetermined hypothesis or not. The results of statistical measurements found the calculated F value (38.806) > F table of (3.05). So it can be concluded from a population of 300 students with a sample of 161 grade 5 elementary school students in Cluster 1 RA. Kartini, Babakan Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency, gave the result that academic efficacy (X1) and motivation to learn (X2) simultaneously affected 32% of student engagement (Y) with 68% of other factors
