Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres akademik terhadap prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa yang menjalani pembelajaran daring selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan responden sebanyak 210 mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar secara daring. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents (ESSA) milik Sun dkk untuk mengukur stres akademik dan Academic Procrastination Scale (APS) milik McCloskey & Scielzo untuk mengukur prokrastinasi akademik. Analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres akademik memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap prokrastinasi akademik sebesar 7,1%. This study aims to find out the effect of academic stress on academic procrastination of college students who attend online learning during COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative approach with 210 college students as respondents. Purposive sampling was used as sampling technique. Online questionary was used to collect data. Educational Stress Scale for Adolescent (ESSA) from Sun et al was used to measure academic stress and Academic Procrastination Scale (APS) from McCloskey & Scielzo to measure academic procrastination. This study uses simple regression as analysis method. The result shows that there is a positive significant effect of academic stress on academic procrastination by 7,1%.
