Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-regulated learning on cyberloafing behavior in Jakarta State University students during distance learning. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 303 students aged 18-24 years who were undergoing distance learning. The self-regulated learning variable was measured using the Online Self-Regulated Learning Questionnaire (OSLQ) instrument constructed by Barnard-Brak in 2010. The cyberloafing variable used the Cyberloafing Academic Scale (CAS) instrument created by Akbulut in 2016. Hypothesis testing was used to process the data. The research is a simple linear regression analysis test. The results of the research data processing show the calculated F value = 33,331 > F table = 3.86 and the p value is 0.000, which means that there is a significant impact of selfregulated learning on cyberloafing behavior in Jakarta State University students during distance learning. The value of R square = 0.100 indicates that the development of self-regulated learning on cyberloafing behavior in Jakarta State University students during distance learning is 10%.
