Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tentang pelaksanaan Komunikasi Organisasi di Kantor Pengurus Besar Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia yang meliputi komunikasi vertikal ke bawah, komunikasi vertikal ke atas, dan komunikasi horisontal dengan penelitian deskripsi kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, pengamatan dan studi dokumentasi. Penentuan subjek penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pelaksaan komunikasi vertikal ke bawah, vertikal ke atas dan horisontal dilakukan untuk membahas pekerjaan. Perbedaan pelaksanaan komunikasi selama work from home terletak pada media yang digunakan yaitu secara keseluruhan menggunakan media elektronik. Hambatan komunikasi selama work from home terjadi pada jaringan yang tidak stabil, keefektifan dalam menyampaikan pesan melalui daring, pemahaman terhadap pesan, dan pengetahuan untuk memahami pesan tersebut. This research aims to identify and describe the implementation of Organizational Communication in the Office of the Pengurus Besar PGRI, which includes downward communication, upward communication, and horizontal communication qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observations and documentation studies. Determination of the subject of this study using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of vertical downward, vertical upward and horizontal communication is carried out to discuss work. The difference in the implementation of communication during work from home lies in the media used, which is entirely using electronic media. Communication barriers during work from home occur in unstable networks, effectiveness in conveying messages via online, understanding of messages, and knowledge to understand messages.
