Abstract

Psikologi sastra adalah ilmu yang menyelidiki aspek mental manusia yang terkandung dalam karya sastra. Ada bagian psikologi sastra yang terkandung dalam banyak karya sastra, salah satunya adalah novel, yang dalam novel biasanya menunjukkan bentuk psikologis orang-orang dalam novel, baik secara implisit maupun eksplisit. Psikologi sastra juga dapat ditemukan dalam novel dalam novel Aku Lupa Bahwa Aku Perempuan Karya Ihsan Abdul Quddus. Novel ini menceritakan tentang tokoh utama bernama Suad. Ia digambarkan sebagai tokoh utama yang sangat ambisius dan selalu mengutamakan kebutuhan karirnyanya di atas kebutuhan lain. Dengan judul pemenuhan kebutuhan bertingkat pada tokoh utama dalam novel “Aku lupa bahwa aku seorang wanita” karya Ihsan Abdul Quddus. Peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan Suad dalam kronologis kehidupannya dengan menggunakan teori Abraham Maslow sebagai pendekatan psikologis. Teori tersebut menjelaskan kebutuhan bertingkat berupa kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan keamanan, kebutuhan cinta dan memiliki, kebutuhan harga diri, dan aktualisasi diri. Hasil penelitian dalam menganalisis pemuasan kebutuhan tokoh utama dalam novel “Dan aku lupa bahwa aku seorang wanita” karya Ihsan Abdul Quddus menemukan bahwa kebutuhan fisiologis 8 data, kebutuhan akan rasa aman 13 data, kebutuhan akan cinta dan rasa memiliki 8 data, kebutuhan harga diri 21 data, dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri 14 data, artinya memenuhi semua kebutuhan. ******* Literature psychology is the science that examines the mental aspects of human beings contained in literature. The study of psychology on literature is found in many literary works, one of them is a novel, that in the novel, psychology forms are usually reflected in the characters in novel, both implicitly or explicitly conveyed. Literary psychology in novel can also be found in the novel I Forgot that I’m a Woman. This novel tells about the main character named Suad. She is described as the main character who is very aspiring and always puts her professional needs above others. With the title of fulfilling the gradual needs of the main character in the novel "I forgot that I am a woman" by Ihsan Abdel Quddus. The researcher aims to analyze the fulfillment of Souad's needs in the chronology of his life using Abraham Maslow's theory as a psychological approach. The theory explains gradual needs in the form of physiological needs, safety needs, love and belonging needs, self-esteem needs, and self�actualization. The results of the research in analyzing the satisfaction of the needs of the main character in the novel “And I Forgot That I am a Woman” by Ihsan Abdul Quddus found that the physiological needs 8 records, the need for security 13 records, the need for love and belonging 8 records, the need for self-esteem 21 records, and the need for self-actualization 14 records in the character of Suad. It means meeting all the needs.
