Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara learning agility dengan kesiapan berubah (readiness to change) pada mahasiswa aktif pengurus organisasi pemerintahan mahasiswa (OPMAWA) di Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada masa pandemik COVID-19. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah learning agility berhubungan positif dengan kesiapan berubah (readiness to change). Partisipan dalam penelitian sebanyak 285 pengurus OPMAWA yang terdiri dari 111 pengurus laki-laki (38,9%) dan 174 pengurus perempuan (61,1%). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala Readiness for Organizational Change (ROC) dan skala Learning Agility. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara learning agility dan kesiapan berubah (readiness to change) dengan nilai r = 0,512 dan signifikansi p = 0,000. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning agility and readiness to change in active students of student government organizations (OPMAWA) at Jakarta State University during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires. The hypothesis proposed is that learning agility is positively related to readiness to change. Participants in the study were 285 OPMAWA administrators consisting of 111 male administrators (38.9%) and 174 female administrators (61.1%). The measuring instrument used is the Readiness for Organizational Change (ROC) scale and the Learning Agility scale. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between learning agility and readiness to change with a value of r = 0.512 and a significance of p = 0.000.
