Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan media cetak berupa Bahan Ajar Cetak Evaluasi Pelatihan Untuk Mahasiswa Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Model pengembangan produk yang digunakan yaitu model pengembangan D. Rowntree. Model ini terdiri dari tiga tahap utama yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap persiapan penelitian dan tahap penelitian dan penyuntingan. Evaluasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu evaluasi formatif dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil penilaian rata-rata skor yang diperoleh dari ahli materi sebesar 3,40 dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, oleh ahli desain pembelajaran sebesar 3,45 dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, oleh ahli media sebesar 3,37 dengan kriteria “sangat layak” dan uji coba one to one kepada tiga orang responden memperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 3,59 dengan kriteria “sangat layak”. Uji coba lapangan dengan metode pre-test dan post-test sebanyak 40 soal dilakukan pada 15 responden yaitu mahasiswa Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hasil uji coba lapangan memperoleh rata-rata skor pada pre-test sebesar 56,17 dan post-test sebesar 87,33 yang berarti terdapat peningkatan rata-rata skor sebesar 31,17 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa produk efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta mengenai materi evaluasi pelatihan model Kirkpatrick. This development research aims to produce print media in the form of Printed Teaching Materials Evaluation of Training for Students of the Education Technology Study Program, State University of Jakarta. The product development model used is the D. Rowntree development model. This model consists of three main stages, namely the planning stage, the writing preparation stage and the writing and editing stage. The evaluations used in this research are formative evaluation and field trials. The results of the study the average score obtained from material experts was 3.40 with the criteria of "very feasible", by learning design experts of 3.45 with the criteria of "very feasible", by media experts of 3.37 with the criteria of "very feasible” and the one to one trial to three respondents obtained an average score of 3.59 with the criteria of "very feasible". Field trials using the pre-test and post-test methods as many as 40 questions were carried out on 15 respondents, namely students of the Education Technology Study Program, State University of Jakarta. The results of the field trial obtained an average score on the pre-test of 56.17 and post-test of 87.33, which means there is an increase in the average score of 31.17 so it can be said that the product is effective in improving the understanding of University Education Technology students.
