Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh hardiness terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa tingkat akhir di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non perobability sampling dengan teknik insidental. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 302 orang mahasiswa tingkat akhir di DKI Jakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Career Adapt-abilities Scale (CAAS) 24 aitem dan Dispositional Resilience Scale-15 (DRS-15) 14 aitem. Hasil penelitian diuji dengan analisis regresi satu prediktor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara hardiness terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa tingkat akhir di DKI Jakarta. Variabel hardiness berpengaruh sebesar 23,9% terhadap adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa tingkat akhir di DKI Jakarta. **** The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hardiness on the career adaptability of final year students in DKI Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with incidental techniques. The subjects of this study amounted to 302 final year students in DKI Jakarta. The instruments used are Career Adapt-abilities Scale (CAAS) 24 items and Dispositional Resilience Scale-15 (DRS-15) 14 items. The results of the study were tested with one predictor regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a significant positive effect between hardiness on the career adaptability of final year students in DKI Jakarta. Hardiness variable has an effect of 23.9% on the career adaptability of final year students in DKI Jakarta.
