Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kematangan karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Peneliti menggunakan skala Career Maturity Inventory Form C (CMI-C) milik Savickas, serta General Self Efficacy dari Schwarzer dan Jerusalem. Sampel berjumlah 237 mahasiswa dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pengujian hipotesis melalui uji korelasi. Uji korelasi pearson menunjukkan p = 0,02 < 0,05. Artinya, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kematangan karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di DKI Jakarta This study aims to know the correlation of Self-Efficacy with Career Maturity on final year college students in DKI Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with correlation technique. The measuring tools used in this study are Career Maturity Inventory Form C (CMI-C) and General Self Efficacy (GSE). The sample of this study was 237 college students and was taken by purposive sampling technique. The population is all the final college students in DKI Jakarta. The data were analyzed by using corelation of pearson’s product moment. The result showed that there was significant positive corelation between self-efficacy with career maturity in which r was about 0,201 with degree of significant 0,02 (p<0,05). This revealed that there was possitive corelation between self efficacy with career maturity. It meant, the highest self efficacy the high career maturity and in vice versa.
