Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi, manajemen sarana dan prasarana, organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kepuasan kerja guru produktif Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Jakarta Timur. Survey penelitian ini di lakukan dengan guru produktif di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitiaan dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 270 guru produktif SMK Swasta Jakarta Timur. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru produktif; (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung manajemen sarana prasarana terhadap kepuasan kerja guru produktif; (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kepuasan kerja guru produktif; (4) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru produktif melalui organizational citizenship behavior; (5) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung manajemen sarana prasarana terhadap kepuasan kerja guru produktif melalui organizational citizenship behavior; (6) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru produktif melalui manajemen sarana prasarana. Kata Kunci: iklim organisasi, manajemen sarana dan prasarana, organizational citizenship behavior, kepuasan kerja, guru produktif ABSTRACK This research aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate, management of facilities and infrastructure, organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction of productive vocational high school teachers in East Jakarta. This research survey was conducted with productive teachers at Private Vocational High Schools in East Jakarta. The research method is carried out through a quantitative approach using path analysis. The sample of this research is 270 productive teachers of East Jakarta Private Vocational School. The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is a direct influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction of productive teachers; (2) There is a direct influence of infrastructure management on productive teacher job satisfaction; (3) There is a direct effect of organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction of productive teachers; (4) There is an indirect effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction of productive teachers through organizational citizenship behavior; (5) There is an indirect effect of infrastructure management on job satisfaction of productive teachers through organizational citizenship behavior; (6) There is an indirect effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction of productive teachers through infrastructure management.
