Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived social support terhadap academic buoyancy pada mahasiswa Jabodetabek dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 301 partisipan yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian, yaitu mahasiswa aktif yang berkuliah di perguruan tinggi di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini yaitu The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) yang dikembangkan oleh Zimet dkk. (1988) dan Academic Buoyancy Scale (ABS) oleh Martin dan Marsh (2008). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived social support memberikan pengaruh sebesar 7,2% terhadap academic buoyancy pada mahasiswa Jabodetabek dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. This study was conducted to find out the influence of perceived social support on academic buoyancy in students at Jabodetabek in distance learning. The approach used was quantitative by disseminating the questionnaire to 301 participants who met the criteria, which are active students at universities in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. The sampling used a convenience sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) developed by Zimet et al. (1998) and the Academic Buoyancy Scale (ABS) by Martin and Marsh (2008). The results of the study showed that perceived social support had an influence of 7,2% on academic buoyancy in students at Jabodetabek in distance learning.
