Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan WFH di DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala The New Job Stress Scale dan Family Support Inventory For Workers (FSIW). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa p value (sig. 0,388) > α (0,05) yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan WFH di DKI Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi diketahui bahwa dukungan sosial keluarga menunjukkan nilai p value (sig. 0,388) < α (0,05), nilai t hitung < t tabel yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruhnya dukungan keluarga terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan WFH di DKI Jakarta. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hipotesis Ho diterima yang menyatakan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara dukungan keluarga terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan WFH di DKI Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of family support on work stress on WFH employees in DKI Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis techniques. The measuring tools used in this research are The New Job Stress Scale and Family Support Inventory For Workers (FSIW). The results showed that the p value (sig. 0.388) > (0.05) which means that there is no effect of family support on work stress for WFH employees in DKI Jakarta. Based on the results of correlation testing, it is known that family social support shows a p value (sig. 0.388) < (0.05), value t count < t table, which means that there is no effect of family support on work stress for WFH employees in DKI Jakarta. Based on analyze it can be concluded that Hypothesis Ho is accepted which states that there is no influence between family support and work stress on WFH employees in DKI Jakarta.
