Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi kepemimpinan transformasional dengan job insecurity pada guru PAUD di masa pandemi covid-19. Total sampel berjumlah 312 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur job insecurity adalah Job Insecurity Quisionare (JIQ) dan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur persepsi kepemimpinan transformasional adalah Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire. Hasil uji korelasi menggunakan Spearman-Rank Correlation menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (p) = 0,000 yang artinya p value (sig 0,000) < 0,05, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) = -0,662. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara persepsi kepemimpinan transformasional dengan job insecurity pada guru PAUD di masa pandemi covid-19. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of transformational leadership and job insecurity for PAUD teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The total sample is 312 respondents who were selected using incidental sampling technique. The instrument used to measure job insecurity is the Job Insecurity Questionnaire (JIQ) and the instrument used to measure perceptions of transformational leadership is the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire. The results of the correlation test using the Spearman-Rank Correlation showed a significance value (p) = 0.000, which means that the p value (sig 0.000) <0.05, with a correlation coefficient (r) = -0.662. It can be concluded that the results of the study indicate a significant negative relationship between perceptions of transformational leadership and job insecurity for PAUD teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
