Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi dukungan sosial pada karyawan selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel incidental sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 189 orang. Uji analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif, maka hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persepsi dukungan sosial pada karyawan terpenuhi secara rata-rata keseluruhan pada kategori sedang selama pandemi Covid-19, tingkat persepsi dukungan sosial tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara karyawan laki-laki dengan perempuan. This study aims to describe perceived social support on employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative approach with incidental sampling technique. The sample in this research were 189 respondents. The statistical analysis that used to test the statistical analysis test used is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, the results show that the perceived level of social support on employees is met on average overall in the moderate category during the Covid-19 pandemic, there is no significant difference between male and female employees.
