Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan media pembelajaran berupa buku cerita bergambar digital untuk membantu siswa kelas IV Sekolah dasar dalam pembelajaran IPS materi Sejarah Kerajaan Hindu, Budha, Islam di Indonesia. . Pengembangan Buku Cerita Bergambar Digital menggunakan Research and Development model Borg and Gall dan menggunakan 7 tahapan yaitu: (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) mengumpulkan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain (5) revisi desain, (6) uji coba produk, (7) revisi produk. Buku cerita bergambar digital telah melalui tahap pengembangan dan validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli dibidang tersebut. Nilai yang didapatkan ahli media sebesar 90% dengan kategori “sangat baik”, untuk ahli materi sebesar 90,3% dengan kategori “sangat baik”, dan untuk ahli Bahasa sebara 95,4% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Respon peserta didik terhadap buku cerita bergambar digital sangat layak, dilihat dari perhitungan skor total pemberian kuisioner sebesar 97% pada saat dilakukan field test di SDN Karet 04. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa buku cerita bergambar digital layak untuk digunakan. This research is the development of learning media in the form of digital picture story books to help elementary school students and learning social studies material for the history of the Hindu, Buddhist, Islamic Kingdoms in Indonesia. . The development of the Digital Picture Storybook uses the Borg and Gall model and uses 7 stages, namely: (1) potential and problems, (2) collecting data, (3) product design, (4) design validation (5) design revision, (6) product trial, (7) product revision. The digital picture story book has gone through the development and validation stages carried out by experts in the field. The score obtained by media experts is 90% in the "very good" category, for material experts it is 90.3% in the "very good" category, and for language experts it is 95.4% in the "very good" category. The response of students to digital picture story books is very feasible, from the calculation of the total score of giving questionnaires by 97% at the time of the trial at SDN Karet 04. This shows that digital picture story books are suitable for use for learning.
