Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara learning agility dengan perilaku kolaborasi pada mahasiswa aktif pengurus Organisasi Pemerintahan Mahasiswa (OPMAWA) di Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus OPMAWA di Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan total responden sebanyak 285. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala Learning Agility yang dikembangkan oleh Kenneth P. De Meuse (2012), dan Competency Model of Effective Executive Collaborators yang dikembangkan oleh Heather Getha-Taylor (2008). Analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa r-hitung > r-tabel; 0,659 > 0,113 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat hubungan signifikan antara learning agility dengan perilaku kolaborasi pada mahasiswa aktif pengurus OPMAWA di Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada masa pandemi Covid-19. This research aims to determine the relationship between learning agility and collaboration behavior in active student’s administrators of Student Government Organizations (OPMAWA) at State University of Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research used quantitative correlational methods. The subjects of this research were OPMAWA administrators at State University of Jakarta with a total of 285 respondents. The measuring instrument used in this research the Learning Agility Scale developed by Kenneth P. De Meuse (2012) and Competency Model of Effective Executive Collaborators developed by Heather Getha-Taylor (2008). The statistical analysis used to test the hypothesis is the Spearman correlation test. The result of this research showed that, r-count > r-table; 0,659 > 0,113 with a significance value of p = 0,000 < 0,05, which means that there is a significant relationship between learning agility and collaborative behavior in active student’s administrators of OPMAWA at State University of Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic.
