Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap efikasi diri pada pekerja yang terkena PHK dimasa pandemi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 245 pekerja yang terkena PHK yang berusia 19-64 tahun. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantittatif dengan isntrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Alat ukur penelitian ini menggunakan skala General Self-efficacy dari Schwarzer & Jerrusalem, (1995) dengan jumlah butir yang digunakan sebanyak 10 butir pada skala tersebut dan skala The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) dari Zimet dkk (1988). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dukungan sosial memiliki pengaruh sebesar 5% terhadap efikasi diri pada pekerja yang terkena PHK dimasa pandemi. This study aims to determine the effect ofsocial support on self-efficacy in workers affected by layoffs during the pandemic. The sample in this study were 245 workers affected by layoffs aged 19-64 years. The method in this research is quantitative with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire which is analyzed using simple regression analysis. The measuring instrument in this studyused the General Self-efficacy scale from Schwarzer & Jerusalem (1995) with 10 items on the scale and The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) scale from Zimet et al (1988). The results of this study indicate thatthere is a significant effect of social support having an effect of 5% on self- efficacy in workers affected by layoffs during the pandemic.
