Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh organizational support terhadap kecemasan coronavirus pada perawat yang menangani pasien Covid-19 di DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini The Coronavirus Anxiety Scale (CAS) dan The Covid-19 Organizational Support Scale. Pada penelitian ini, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampel yang digunakan yaitu convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa p value (sig. 0,001) < α (0,05) dan F hitung (10,868) F tabel (3.91) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara organizational support terhadap kecemasan coronavirus pada perawat yang menangani pasien Covid -19 di DKI Jakarta. Dengan sumbangsih kedua variabel hanya menunjukan 7,0% besarnya dan hasil korelasi menunjukan arah yang positif, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support on anxiety in nurses who treat Covid -19 patients in DKI Jakarta. The method used is quantitative method with a simple regression analysis techniques. The measuring instruments used in this study are The Coronavirus Anxiety Scale (CAS) and The Covid-19 Organizational Support Scale (COVID-OS). In this study, the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling technique with the type of sample used is convenience sampling. The results showed that p value (sig. 0.001) < (0.05) and F arithmetic (10.868) F table (3.91) which means that there is a significant effect between organizational support on anxiety in nurses who treat Covid -19 patients in DKI Jakarta. With the contribution of the two variables only showing 7.0% magnitude and the correlation results showing a positive direction, it is necessary to do further research.
