Abstract

ABSTRAK Abstrak : Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengelolaan lingkungan dan kepuasan pengunjung, konservasi lingkungan dengan kepuasan pengunjung, serta pengelolaan lingkungan dan konservasi lingkungan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian dilakukan di Kebun Raya Bogor dengan sampel pengunjung Kebun Raya Bogor. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan survei, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah, bahwa kepuasan yang dirasakan pengunjung setelah melakukan perjalanan ke Kebun Raya Bogor sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan lingkungan yang dilakukan dengan baik, juga kegiatan konservasi tumbuhan. Semakin baik kegiatan pengelolaan dan konservasi tumbuhan yang dilakukan di Kebun Raya Bogor akan berimplikasi secara positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Ketika tujuan pengunjung melakukan perjalanan ke Kebun Raya Bogor terpenuhi maka kepuasan pengunjung akan terpenuhi pula. Kepuasan pengunjung yang tinggi akan memberikan citra positif pada Kebun Raya Bogor, hal ini akan menjadi salah satu tolak ukur sejauh mana keberhasilan pihak pengelola menjalankan tugas yang dibebankan. Untuk mencapai kepuasan pengunjung yang baik, melalui penelitian ini diketahui bahwa peran pengelolaan lingkungan dan konservasi tumbuhan sangat menentukan. Kata kunci : pengelolaan lingkungan, konservasi tumbuhan, kepuasan pengunjung Abstract : The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between environmental management and visitor satisfaction, environmental conservation and visitor satisfaction, and environmental management and environmental conservation on visitor satisfaction. The study was conducted at the Bogor Botanical Gardens with a sample of visitors to the Bogor Botanical Gardens. The research was conducted using quantitative methods using surveys, observations, and literature studies. The conclusion of the research that has been done is that the satisfaction felt by visitors after traveling to the Bogor Botanical Gardens is strongly influenced by good environmental management, as well as plant conservation activities. The better plant management and conservation activities carried out in the Bogor Botanical Gardens will have positive implications for visitor satisfaction. When the purpose of visitors to travel to the Bogor Botanical Gardens is fulfilled, the satisfaction of visitors will also be fulfilled. High visitor satisfaction will give a positive image to the Bogor Botanical Gardens, this will be one of the benchmarks for the extent to which the manager's success in carrying out the assigned tasks. To achieve good visitor satisfaction, through this research it is known that the role of environmental management and plant conservation is very decisive .Keywords : environmental management, plant conservation, visitor satisfaction
