Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara grit dengan teacher well-being pada guru pendidikan anak usia dini selama pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan.teknik sampling nonprobability berupa sampling kuota dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 390 responden guru pendidikan anak usia dini di DKI Jakarta. Alat ukut yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah The Short Grit Scale (Grit-S) untuk variabel grit dan Teacher Well-being Scale (TWBS) untuk variabel teacher well-being. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan ke arah positif antara grit dengan teacher well-being pada guru pendidikan anak usia dini selama pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hubungan positif antara grit dengan teacher well-being diartikan sebagai semakin tinggi grit maka akan semakin tinggi juga teacher well-being pada guru pendidikan anak usia dini selama pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. This study aims to determine the relationship between grit towards teacher well-being of preschool teacher during the pandemic Covid-19. The method used in this research is quantitative with correlation analysis. This study used sampling technique non-probablilty which is quota sampling with a sample size of 390 early childhood education children who live in DKI Jakarta. The instrumental used for data collection were The Short Grit Scale (Grit-S) for grit variable and Teacher Well-being Scale (TWBS) for teacher well-being variable. The result of the analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between grit towards teacher well-being in early childhood education teacher during online learning when Covid-19 pandemic. The positive relationship between grit and teacher well-being is defined the higher of the grit, the higher of the teacher well-being for early childhood education teachers during online learning when Covid-19 pandemic.
