Abstract

Karya inovatif ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video animasi untuk materi benda tajam seperti gunting, pisau, dan jarum yang diperuntukkan untuk peserta didik hambatan intelektual kelas VII di SLBN 4 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan model pemngembangan ADDIE (Analisis, Perancangan, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi). Hasil uji validasi tiga ahli media mendapat nilai rata-rata 68,71%, tiga ahli materi memperoleh nilai 88,14%, dan tiga ahli hambatan intelektual mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 84%. Hasil uji coba yang melibatkan tujuh peserta didik hambatan intelektual memperoleh nilai 85,71% dan dikategorikan baik. Video animasi mengenal benda tajam ini dikembangkan sesuai dengan karakteristik belajar peserta didik hambatan intelektual. Selama melakukan uji coba dengan menggunakan video animasi ini, peserta didik dapat fokus dan lebih memahami materi benda tajam dengan baik. This innovative research is purposed to develop a product of animation video for teaching sharp objects material (scissor, knife, cutter, and needles) for seventh grade mentally disabled student at SLBN 4 Jakarta. This research method was being used the Research and Development and approach of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The results of validation tested by three media experts got an average value of 68,71%, three material experts got 88,14%, and three mentally disabled experts got an average value of 84%. The results of field test evaluation by seven mentally disabled students is 85,71% and it is got categorized good. Recognizing sharp object animated video is designed and developed according to the characteristics study of mentally disabled student. During the field test, students were be able to focus and understanding the sharp object material very well.
