Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu terkait dengan implementasi Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 39 kota Ternate. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru dan kepala sekolah Sekolah Dasar Negeri 39 kota Ternate. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan enam tahapan (1) mengorganisasi data, (2) mengeksplorasi dan mengode data, (3) mengode untuk membangun deskripsi dan tema, (4) merepresentasikan dan melaporkan temuan kualitatif, (5) menginterpretasi temuan, dan (6) memvalidasi keakuratan temuan. Sedangkan pengecekan keabasahan menggunakan dua tahap yaitu, triangulasi dan member checking. Implementasi Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter sudah dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 39 kota Ternate. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa penerapan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di kelas melaui pembelajaran yang mendalam (deep learning) memperoleh presentase 78%, sedangkan penerapan melalui budaya sekolah dilakukan lewat kegiatan rutin, spontan, terprogram, dan keteladanan dengan presentase 75%, dan kerja sama orang tua/masyarakat masing-masing 67% dan 50%. Orang tua dilakukan lewat membangun komunikasi yang itens, sosialisasi program sekolah, pembiasaan dirumah, dan terlibat dalam pengembangan potensi dan bakat siswa. Sedangkan dengan masyarakat, sekolah mengikutsertakan siswa ke dalam kegiatan sosial, berbagai informasi kepada sekolah jenis kegiatan yang dilakukan siswa di lingkungan sekitar, dan melibatkan masyarakat untuk berbagi kemampuan dalam pengembangan potensi dan bakat siswa. Abstract : This study aims to find out related to the implementation of Strengthening Character Education in 39 Ternate State Elementary Schools. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research and the respondents in this study are the principals of the 39 Ternate State Elementary Schools. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses six stages (1) organizing data, (2) exploring and coding data, (3) coding to build descriptions and themes, (4) representing and reporting qualitative findings, (5) interpreting findings, and (6) validating accuracy. findings. While checking the validity of using two stages, namely, triangulation and member checking. The implementation of Strengthening Character Education has been carried out in 39 Ternate State Elementary Schools. The results obtained that the application of Strengthening Character Education in the classroom through deep learning (deep learning) obtained a percentage of 78%, while the application through school culture was carried out through routine, spontaneous, programmed, and exemplary activities with a percentage of 75%, and the cooperation of parents/ community 67% and 50%, respectively. Parents do this through building intense communication, socializing school programs, habituation at home, and being involved in developing students' potential and talents. Meanwhile with the community, schools involve students in social activities, share information with schools on the types of activities students carry out in the surrounding environment, and involve the community to share abilities in developing students' potential and talents.
