Abstract
PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PELATIHAN PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH RUMAH TANGGA BERBASIS MOTIVASI Yayan Sudrajat Doktoral Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pelatihan berbasis motivasi untuk calon trainer pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Akademi Kompos Jakarta yang dapat digunakan secara mandiri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan R and D (Research and Development) dari Borg and Gall dengan model Dick and Carey yang dikombinasikan dengan model ARCS. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh pakar desain pembelajaran, pakar kurikulum, pakar materi, dan pakar media pembelajaran. Kemudian produk tersebut diujicobakan kepada beberapa calon trainer melalui uji coba satu-satu, uji coba kelompok kecil berjumlah 9 orang, dan 13 orang untuk uji coba lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai pakar desain pembelajaran menilai bahwa bahan pelatihan ini sudah memenuhi kebutuhan belajar peserta pelatihan, pakar kurikulum, pakar materi, dan pakar media pembelajaran adalah sangat baik dan layak. Efektivitas bahan ajar yang digunakan didapatkan nilai t hitung = 4,46 dan t tabel = 1,71 yang berarti bahwa efektif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa buku pegangan instruktur dan bahan ajar yang dibuat sistematis sesuai dengan penilaian pakar memiliki struktur program, dan memiliki tujuan umum diklat dan tujuan khusus diklat. Pengembangan Model pelatihan ini bernama “SPIRIT” Kata Kunci : Model Pelatihan, Model Borg dan Gall, model Dick and Carey, dan model ARCS. Development of a Motivational-Base for household waste management training model Yayan Sudrajat Universitas Negeri Jakarta Doctoral Educational Technology, Indonesia Abstract This study aims to develop a motivation-based training model for candidate of trainer in the household waste management program at the Jakarta Compost Academy. The program is based on self-contain and seld-directed learning to enable trainer completed on his own pace.. This research method uses an R and D (Research and Development) approach adopted the ARCS model supplemented by a combination of Borg and Gall and the Dick and Carey Instructional development models . To ensue the validity of the training materials, expert reviews were carried out by learning design experts, curriculum experts, material experts, and learning media experts. The training materials were also tested on small scale of prospective trainers through one-on-one trials. A small group trials consisted of 9 trainers, and 13 trainers for field trials. The results showed that those training materials have met several categories including the learner’s needs, curriculum experts, content material experts, and learning media experts. The effectiveness of the training materials used, is considerable effective as shown on the T Test value of t count = 4.46 and t table = 1.71 ( P >= 0.05.). This research produces training materials in the form of curriculum and teaching materials that are developed according to the expert's assessment, program structure, and have general education and training objectives and special education and training objectives.
